Fairness - Making sure that everyone is treated equally.
When Mike Sweeney thinks about the virtue of fairness, he immediately refelcts on how each one of us is treasured and treated by God. In an interview with CSN Mike was asked about God's love for us. After quoting John 3:16, he took out his wallet and asked, "Do you know how much God loves us?" He then proceeded to point to the picture section and stated, "If God were here right now, he would have our picture fron and center...that is how much he thinks of us." In a world that is set up to treat people according to various criteria, it is refreshing to think of God's fairness toward us.

In life, we receive many messages that say we are not good enough. However, with God we are all good enough - we're treated equally. Thank God for His love for you.
