Kurt Warner
NFL great on life's purpose
Purpose – That which gives a welcome rest from the turmoil, distractions, and stress of the world
Kurt Warner is a retired pro football quarterback and was the 1999 Super Bowl MVP with the St. Louis Rams. Warner says it’s not about what he does on the field, but how he influences others outside of football, “I’ve come to find out that less of what I do on the field impacts people and it is more what I do off the field. How we relate to people, how we talk to people, how we let our circumstances dictate the way we live our lives” Kurt Warner hasn’t quit being a motivator to his teammates and that is an example we all should follow.
The way you get meaning into your life is to devote yourself to loving others, devote yourself to your community around you, and devote yourself to creating something that gives you purpose and meaning.”
